“ Sehr solide fränkische Schnitzel-, Braten- und Mittagstisch. Schöner Kachelofen. Ausreichend dimensionierte Portionen, ohne dass am entweder übersatt oder hungrig bleibt bei angemessenen moderaten Preisen und freundlichem Service. Es gibt lokale Zutaten, offenbar brauereifrei. Es gibt gutes Theinheimer. Ich freue mich mal im Sommer den Biergarten zu besuchen. Am Ambiete ist es mir noch einen Tick zu hell in der Gaststube, aber das wird noch. ”
“ Sehr freundliche Bedienung, superleckeres Essen zu sehr fairen Preisen. Obwohl nur bis 19 Uhr warme Küche auf der Homepage steht, würden wir mit einer großen Gruppe um 18.45 Uhr noch hervorragend verköstigt. Sämtlichen Änderungswünsche wurden umgesetzt und auch unsere Kinder wurden geduldig "ertragen", obwohl sie einige Änderungswünsche hatten. Hier waren wir nicht zum letzten Mal, absolute Weiterempfehlung! ”
“ Kulinarisches Highlight mit git bürgerlicher deutscher Küche abseits der Autobahn. Schweinekotelett mit Kartoffelsalat, perfekt gebraten, noch wunderbar saftig im Kern. Schlemmerschnitzel mit gekochtem Schinken, Hollandaise, mit Käse überbacken, Kroketten und Salat. Die Schnitzel aus dem ausgebeinten Kotelettstück geschnitten waren ebenfalls hervorragend gebacken, die Kombi aus Schinken, Hollandaise und Käse darüber geschmacklich sehr gut abgestimmt, Beilagensalat hervorragend. Schweinemedaillons in Pfeffersauce, Beilagen umbestellt auf Spätzle und Salat. Die Pfeffersauce top, vermute mal das etwas Cognac mit im Spiel war, die Lendenmedaillons etwas drüber, am Stück gebraten und dann in Medaillons geschnitten. Die Spätzle hausgemacht, etwas stärker als gewöhnlich. Hat rundum als Gericht perfekt harmoniert. Wir werden jederzeit einen Stop einlegen für erneuten Besuch. ”

“ We were travelling through Germany and booked somewhere to stay in geiselwind as it was cheaper than other places. Our hotel didn't mention the restaurant was closed so we frantically searched for somewhere to eat. We turned up at this gasthaus and they looked after us impeccably. Our German was terrible but the lady spoke brilliant English and catered to my partners vegetarian needs with what they had left. The beer was great and the food was delicious, the locals all smiled at us knowing we weren't from the area and the whole experience was wonderful. One of my best memories from our cross European trip. Can't thank them enough for the hospitality! Would definitely visit again if we were in Germany! Oh ... And it was a lot cheaper than expected, even with steak! Thank you all so much. ”

“ We had a lovely dinner. A tiny village away from the highway. Just a place of silence and a very warm welcome of the staff. The quality of the food was perfect. The interior is very old fashioned. But hey, if you want to have a five start interior you need to be in the city. The staff, food and lovely service is more important! Keep the positive vibe up. All credits to this family restaurant! ”
